Need Help Print smearing and dumping ink problem

Hello and good day to you all. Been having print quality issues ever since the new head replacement in the Roland VS300. Colors are off quite specially browns and tans, we get a smearing and do regular daily cleanings, and its seems like its dumping cyan to the point its puddling under the capping station. Any ideas?

When was the last time the captop and ink drain lines were changed?
We used to change ours every 3 months when we had a VS-540 and it got rid of 90% of the problems we ever had.

yes was going to say the cap top looks wet so not draining properly

Thank you for the reply's, we just changed them when we did the head. Its a new cap top and lines. We just changed the pump as well with the HE brand from ebay but was doing this before the pump change.

Any chance you have cleaning solvent in the line?

Thank you guys, it was a clogged drain line.not sure how that happened. thank you again for your insight and help
