You want to put a bit finer of an edge on it that that?

By 'print to cut' I assume you mean contour cutting a print. 'Way off' means what, exactly? There are three basic ways and a host of variations on each of those ways to register a contour cut with your plotter assuming you have the necessary tackle for auto registration, exactly how are you trying to do it?
