Why not print on self adhesive vinyl and apply it to the PVC sheet?

If it was 10 yes i would do that but for arround 50 each month i was looking for a easier way

Buy a flatbed applicator... Seriously 50/mo doesn't warrant a $60,000+ machine when you can use the roll printer you have and mount it with a flatbed applicator for $10-18k

Depending on the size you can invest in an OrangeA laminator for $200 and do 50/day
