Printer stopping at 2%...Mutoh/Flexi

Every thing I try to print stops at 2%. The heads make about 3 or 4 passes
then the carriage stops halfway through. No error messages. I have shut
everything down and rebooted and still does it. Any Ideas?

Mutoh Falcon outdoor 48 and Flexi 7.6v6

Make a mark on the media and see if it stops at the same point each time.

This sounds like a printer issue, and not RIP.
You may want to post in the Mutoh section.

sounds like a computer/rip/connection issue. like the data isnt being fed to the printer.

Ok, I don't know what caused it but I it was happening from just one file.
I cut and past to a file with another name and it prints ok. Thanks.
Corrupt flexi file I guess???

The printer still should not stop mid path.

You may want to back up your files and profiles and clear Preferences in Flexi.

First thing I'd try would be to flatten the file to a simple jpg.
Flatten any layers, masks, etc.
