Printheads can't suck up ink after damper change

Hi!
Having problem with ink sution on printheads after damper change! 2 printheads working properly, 2 can't suck ink- many lines missing in nozzle check..
What to do? I searched google for that, many have problems with that, but no answers at all..
I'm having mutoh spithire 65, as you may already know..

PLEASE HELP!!
