Printing UV on melamine

Hi,

I am printing on melamine (pressed wood) with my UV printer. But it isn't enough scratch proof. Is their a primer or something to use for it? Or a varnish?
I am printing on a arizona with ijc-257 inks.

We use 257 inks and they are quite soft.
We laminate if needed.

Try scooterboard uv.

Laminate the boards with a high tac sav then print. Take a look at duravinyl 435. We use that for painted barricades in nyc. Has a few more mils of adhesive.

Yeah but it's a kind of black board for writing on it. They put it outside by bar's, shops, ...
