We are having misalignment issues when we try to do a contour cut. It seems to get worse when we try to cut something small. Is there a way to calibrate the ARMS on the Vinyl Express Q100?

I had a tech guy to help me fix the problem. I had to hold down the test and enter button down simultaneously at start up and went through the menu to align the sensor
