Need Help Problems with my Roland GX 24

While the Roland is cutting the material is Shifting slightly left and right and causing a ripple across the vinyl and that in turn is causing some letters to be distorted and tears in the vinyl.

The Ripple sometimes causes the cutter to stop in place and cause a motor error.

If you put a 50yard roll on the plotter, it may be too heavy and cause that. Make sure the pinch rollers are equally spaced. Make sure the vinyl is aligned properly, etc. There are a dozen things that can cause it.
