Does anyone have much experience with this tool?
Our installers like it. It seems to work great but after a while the roller part starts to lose its shape and ruins the application. They installed about 400 lineal feet of laminated prints on a block wall before they had to stop using the tool.
Is this what to expect?
Obviously, the roller part must be replaced periodically. The fact that the replacement rollers are available indicates that.
This is a new tool for us, so maybe we just need to make sure we have plenty of replacement rollers on hand.
