Discussion Railroad Car Decals

Does anybody else here work with Railroad companies that constantly need railroad car decals? I'm just wondering of how your process works. Part of our sign division is taking off with this but I'm afraid they're getting set up for failure. They're currently running like 10 shops but will be running 30 by summer. We have some things in place but wanted to know like what things you guys do to stay organized when you have a million decal forms from different locations and they all look different.

Get a good software program and processes in your shop to track orders. Treat every order individually.
