Rasterlink 5 Stuck on Loading Screen

Hello!

We have Rasterlink 5 installed onto our computer. We used it most of Friday without an issue, then shut everything down for the weekend, tried to re-open it on Monday and it is stuck on the loading screen like the attached image, and has been for about 40 minutes. It usually only takes a few minutes to open. Does anyone know how to fix this?
