Registration marks on Graphtec robo pro

so ive printed some images with registration marks, and when i go to cut them out on the Graphtec it reads registration marks (i think correctly) but then cuts the plot to the side of the previously read image....
any thoughts as to why this is not cutting out the registered image itself?

i should add this is my first time using the registration marks, and any help would be great
