Repeat Pattern Issue uising Mimaki UCJV300 and Rasterlink

Does anyone have a solution for printing repeat patterns on a Mimaki using Rasterlink? The issue we experience is a fine clear line where we print the repeat pattern . The pattern is not one where we can just scale it and avoid using the repeat function.

We currently save our artwork using a PDF through Adobe illustrator. Before saving we will make sure the artboard is "fit to the selected art".

Perhaps there is some type of overlap feature in Rasterlink that we could use. We are primarily printing white so an overlap wouldn't be visible. Or maybe there is a better way to save the art prior to it being processed in Rasterlink.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. TIA!

The function you are looking for is called, "Step and Repeat" in Rasterlink. Check it out in the user manual on page 76.

Hello! It's pretty interesting to know what are you printing? Can you send a picture of your patterns?
