Need Help Replacement roll or core holder? What's this called?

We run an EFI H1625 LED, which is effectively a smaller Vutek printer. The core holder or roll holders are stripped, and I don't know how to find replacements. I've included photos. How can you help?

The general term for that kind of part is a Flange. Just for future reference.
