rj900 Autocleaning(when printing)doesn't work

As above subjets, rj900 autocleaning sytem doesn't work.
oncleaning is ok,beforeprint-cleaning is ok,but waiting and printing cleaning mode doesn't.
All setting have done well,i think.

several days ago, engineer got some setting initialized.
how could i fix it. someone could help me.
