Hi guys. I don't know if you have the same problems as I am experiencing here in South Africa.
The suppliers of the inks we use, are the guys who service our printers.
The problem that the if you do not use a a company's ink's, then their technicians are not allowed to come and service you machines. Then sometimes we wait up to 3 weeks for a technician to finally come out... it takes them not even 2 minutes to sort out a problem that is only software related.
Then they still bill us for a call out fee and one hour labor. And we are the succors who had to be stuck with a printer that was down for all that time
Can any one tell me where I can down load the service manuals from for the JV22, JV3, RS640 and the SP 540i?
