I rececently purchased this cutter 7 months ago. I was running a job through the cutter. I walked away for a few minutes. Upon my return, I encountered a jam. It triggered a fatal error code with the screen and carriage flashing. I flipped off the power switch, waited a few seconds to flip it back on, and nothing. No power. I tested the outlet, and it’s fine. I unplugged from outlet for a few minutes, still won’t power on. The only thing I see lit, are the Ethernet port lights, that’s it. Does anyone have any suggestions, other than calling my Roland retailer!?!?
