Need Help Roland Head/Captop Issue?

I keep running into this reoccurring issue on my Roland Pro III Xc-540, Where the magenta head will start banding really bad and will print orange if you print red. Every time I replace the captop do some cleaning and it'll clear up to get me through the day. Well after doing this 5 times I wanna find a permanent fix or try and solve the problem, Always seems to happen when it's hotter outside and I cant keep the shop temperature as cold as id like. Same head everytime

Not sure which head you have- our RF is the larger head [2x2 inch or so] and that is a lot of area to seal, I clean it carefully when I pull out the wiper and scraper assembly to clean it and pay attention to where the ink is building up on the capping station- if it is consistently on one side there may be a problem with the captop not lining up to the head. In the summer when we print constantly I clean it every 2-3 weeks or if a problem presents itself.
