Roland sc500

Hi guys, I have just brought a second roland sc 500
which had a few issues which most I have fixed, one was a "motor error turn off"
this occured virtually all the time sheet cut sheet measure etc
I replaced the scan motor and performed a motor balance adjustment Im pretty sure I got it correct, now it prints sheets cuts sheet measures all fine with no errors however if I use the cut function ie cutting some text etc it will cut the job then at the end of the job will say now processing : motor error turn off: im at a loss on how to fix this??? my thoughts were motor balance adjustment not quite correct aging cutting ??? head or servo board???
does any opne have ideas on this???

thanks for any help
