Help! I am having trouble with my printer. The light cyan is not showing up at all. There are two print heads on this printer and all other colours are showing up great. The light cyan is from printhead B, yet the black, yellow, magenta, light magenta all work fine. The light cyan is completely blank. Tried multiple cleanings both manual and powerful to no avail. Any ideas why only one colour wouldn't show up?

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
Usually if one color drops out it means there is an air leak in that line or the ink cartridge is empty and didn't flag the machine properly. Those are the first things I check. Is there ink in the damper?
