Hi all,
This is my first post on here so I apologize if I didn't do it correctly.
I have owned this printer for about 5 years with very few issues. It has been moved several times to different shops. Recently, I am having an issue where the printer will briefly and momentarily think the yellow cartridge is empty, even if it's not. It usually beeps a few times then goes away for a while. If it doesn't, I can remove and reinsert the cartridge and that usually fixes the issue for a while. This has happened with the last cartridge, too. This all leads me to believe there is a loose connection or broken wire or something inside the printer. Has anyone else had this issue? My local sign supply (where I bought the printer) has never heard of the issue before.
