Roland VG640 cuts to deep

I got a brand new Roland VG640 and have problems with cutting to deep and cut into backing paper. Not much, but enough to get lifting when sticker i lifted from backingpaper

Here is what I checked.

- Pressure set to 30g, the lowest possible
- Blade depth is minimum, I started with like 2mm and made it shorter.
- Settings in Versaworks set to get setting from machine.

Any ideas why it cuts to deep?

My previus machine is VS540 and on that printer I had pressure about 55-65g on this material to make good cut.

2mm is way too much, try 0.5mm. Also make sure to use 45° knife instead of 60°.

Just checked it, the Roland installer put in the wrong knife. Changed blade, now it cuts prefect.
