Hello All,

I have a VP 300 that is spraying Cyan ink everywhere on my media. I just recently replaced the servo board and I have done several cleanings to include the encoder. If anyone has any ideas please help thanks in advance.

Steve.

the head cables on your cyan head need reseated. check the exposed metal fingers on the ends of the cables and makes sure none are damaged.

I think this is what you were talking about. The actual head cable to each color?

All the cables are in place and the heads look good. Should I take apart the cyan to trouble shoot, replace?

no that issue is the head cable. undo them both from the head and the carriage board. make sure no ink is on them, the metal fingers are all perfectly straight and not damaged and reseat them.
