Roland vs540i history report help!

This is the other machine I am looking at buying, first being a sp300i. Just got the history report for it and looking for some feedback on it. Roland VS 540i $11,495 CAD from a dealer 6 month parts warranty, full set of ink, one roll of vinyl. Anybody see any issues in the history?
