Hi everyone a New router and new users we are having two problems please help;-
1 Our bed is not vacum we use a seklema sheet from Johnson plastics when cutting acrylic letters they move and on occasion get damaged we then tried applying banner tape underneath letters but then get adhesive residue everywhere.
2 We are having a problems with cutting thinner acrylic 1/2" or less especially when pre vinyl applied causing a sticky residue on edges of letters which takes forever to clean.
We have tried faster and slower speeds and new or different bits but still the same.
Material is from the same supplier we are baffled this never happened in the past any ideas??
