Question S2 160 Opos Cut with Marks 90° rotated

Recently we ran into a stupid error.
we had printed the Reg Marks on the long edge of a graphic.
the file was too big to be cut normaly, i did not find a way to tell winplot that i want to cut the graphic but load the material 90° rotated.

any ideas if it is at all possible?
