If I am not mistaken, It is in fact a font but it is proprietary to Salt Life. They are also very protective of its use and do not take kindly to infringements.

A quick and safe suggestion without an in depth search on my part would be CREEPY GIRL . Its somewhat close in flavor but not as appetizing..

You know ... I always laugh when I see a crappy lettering style like Salt Life being asked for as a font ... just take out a brush ... http://www.dickblick.com/categories/letteringbrushes/ ... some ink ... http://www.dickblick.com/products/higgins-eternal-ink/ and get to work making your own. The amount of time you've spent looking for it, you could have had 3 different versions that are all yours, scanned, vectored and ready to be compiled to what you need. Need a font and not a vector format typeface? http://mashable.com/2011/11/17/free-font-creation-tools/

If you are doing something custom and not a straight vectorization ... make it custom.
