Anyone know where I can get Green U-Channel Posts 8'? Grimco and Tubelite seem to be sold out for the near future.

Lowe's and Home Depot carry something very similar, but it's not quite the same weight. Make sure it's what you want.

these are very common with a MUTCD supplier. Would try one of them
CPC Signs comes to mind
