I thought this one would be easy, but after using WTF, WFI and FMF, I got nothing. It made me think of some old Letraset font, but I couldn't find anything there. I drew clean vectors (for you) over the original sample, but the original was like the "THE" sample.

I have no idea if some are lower case or Caps....
