Seiko Dolly

I have a Seiko 74S, and I have been looking for this piece of the equipment. Even the guy I bought it from doesn't know where to get one, has anyone seen or have used one of these before and where could I get it?

I work on a 74s and a couple of 104s printers myself and that lifter in the maual seemed mostly like a pipe dream. Not enough room to get it behind mine even if I could get someone to spring for it.

Seiko doesn't make one but I just did a search online and here's an example:

Roll Lifter - midway down the page and then on the bottom.

I haven't used them but they look like they are what the manual is describing.
