Seiko W-64S ink doesn't flow help Pls.

I accidently open the joint line tube on the print head, and suddenly the black ink returned to the ink cartridge leaving the line tube almost empty.
The Seiko W64-S have a built in dampers in the print head, so I can't suck the ink back with a syringe.
and the manual didn't say how to prime or fill ink.

I have done:
Charge the ink, Purge the ink but they still not pumping the ink to the line.
Printer has no error, and now test nozzle print without black.

Anyone have experience this or know the solution please help me.

Thanks

The best solution would be to call the point of purchase for the printer and explain what happened. It is possible they can talk you through the service mode of the machine to fill the black printhead with ink. Our distributor has been most helpful on these types of issues. Running test prints with no ink in the heads can cause damage to the printhead.
