Service Mode 540V

Anyone know how to get the 540V in service mode to recalibrate a new encoder strip, Had to replace mine and everyone is off that can walk me thru it. Frimware 5.60, I have instructions to get into Firmare version 5.30 but get Service Mode Protected Error so assume they added a keystroke.
