Settings on CE5000-60 for Reflective Vinyl

I used to know what were good settings to cut Oracal Oralite 5600 5 mil vinyl but since i havent done any in a long time i fogrgot them.
So can anyone tell me what settings work best for you on a Graphtec

I did a bunch of 5 mil reflective vinyl a couple of months ago. I used the regular Graphtec blade, slowed the speed down to 15 and set the force at 18. It worked great.

i have the 60 degree blade which i used last time when i cut reflective but dont seem to remember the settings. I belive it was around 17 or 18 downforce and slow speed
