Shades in Cyan

I have a Roland Versa Camm SP300V, it used to work properly for 2 years, then all of a sudden I started to face this problem. I am having a cyan shade in everything I print, it also leaves a trace on the clamps. I thought that the problem was in the print-head, so I switched the data cables between the Cyan/Black head and Yellow/Magenta head, and the shades were on the magenta prints. I am totally confused about the source of the problem. Please Help.

had the same problem with my Mimaki. Service tech mentioned possible static issues but ultimately lead to me replacing the head and everything is fine now.
