I was just visiting family in New Orleans and happened across this sign.
I wonder how you could guarantee no ghosts, do home inspectors need
to have paranormal credentials there?

The gentrified flip houses are never haunted. The old school ghosts hate fancy new countertops and modern glass bathrooms. It's not even worth haunting to be honest. Any ghost with self respect is moving out to New Orleans East. Those are the good haunts!

True, but they do love the open space concept, going though walls hurts.
