Sign Removal Disclaimer?

Hello! I have a customer that is needing some new dimensional signs made/installed, but wants us to remove the current ones. I want to make sure that my butt is covered....especially since I heard the word Epoxy when they were talking about how they put up the current sign that's installed on their brick building. Does anyone have or know where I can get my hands on a generic disclaimer for sign removal???

Just put it in the regular contract, in bold face.
"Not responsible for any damage to building caused by removal of old signs"
