Qualifications and Duties:
[*=1]5+ years proven track record as a Production Manager
[*=1]5+ years sign industry experience
[*=1]Background in large format digital printing, vinyl creation and application
[*=1]Expert with Plotter and Laminator
[*=1]Maintain all company-owned production equipment to a clean and properly operating condition
[*=1]Broad knowledge of sign materials and substrates
[*=1]Working knowledge of sign industry software, ShopVox software preferred
[*=1]Knowledge of City code and sign permitting processes
[*=1]Work with customers to get correct art files, colors and project details
[*=1]Ability to read, analyze and interpret general work orders, estimates, contracts, reports, maps, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
[*=1]Professional, patient and effective communicator with customers and suppliers
[*=1]Ability to to track multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
[*=1]Ensure all jobs are scheduled and production is meeting the expectations created by sales
[*=1]Strong computer and file management skills including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
[*=1]Take project specifications from customers or coworkers and translate into project details. Enter project and site survey details into online software
[*=1]Establish relationships and/or contracts with sub-contractors and vendors following company guidelines and requirements
[*=1]Purchase materials and supplies from approved vendors
[*=1]Manage and prioritize internal workflow
[*=1]Assist customers and engage in sales
[*=1]Good math skills for measuring, pricing, etc.
[*=1]Ability to work both independently and lead in a team environment with coworkers, customers and subcontractors
[*=1]Must be able to lift 25 pounds
