Sign Tray

We're looking at making some some folded Aluminum Composite sign trays. I quickly tried searching this site, but couldn't find many threads.

Can anyone point to somewhere I could find more info on the build?

Specifically the corners =)

We're making 4' x 10' panels from 3mm AluPanel. 3" return

My thought on strengthening the fold is to add 1-1/4" angle, VHB both faces to the fold, with a small bead of Lords in the fold.

I've used Lord's to glue the angle before, but notice that it distorts the panel slightly, so we want to use tape instead

Wonder if I should skip the Lord's?
