Need Help Siser color print PU - colors look faded/washed out

I print using a Mutoh 1204's and flexi sign cloud. Is there a profile to download or does anyone have any tricks to get the colors to look right? Mainly black. It has an almost dark purple or brown look to it. thanks in advance.
