Question Smallest Font?

Hello all from a very wet & windy UK!!

A customer who I do quite a bit of work for has asked me to produce 500 labels, BUT, they're very small at just 13.5mm wide and 8.5mm high. I don't think that's a problem for the GS15Plus.

The problem might be that on this label there'll be 3 lines of text which of course will be very small.

This is a picture of the label:

As you can see, the lettering is very small, perhaps less than 2mm in height!

The labels will be using Gerber Label Stock.

Is this do'able on a Gerber Edge FX?

Thanks

John

Hullo John,
I work with a Gerber Edge 2 and have no problem getting 100 plus legible 1.5 to 1.75 mm serial numbers.
you should be fine.

You are welcome.
I dont know too much about the FX , but im sure its capabilities are better than that of the edge 2.
the only thing i do from time to time is add a small stroke to some letters if they drop out. .002 in or less.
Good luck!!
