SP300 Replaced Heads and DT3 H1 Blurry

I have a SP300 trying to bring back out of retirement. Put new heads in manual alignments look perfect. Bios and Vertical look great but when I run Horizontal the DT3 H1 is light and blurry ... This has got stumped. Any suggestions. Thanks
