I just printed 1m of metallic decals and it took 167 minutes, very slow but I just let it print while I do other things.
Ah ok. Seems to be faster than 10cm. 
again one question. If you print maybe an image, 50cm long, and in the middle of the image is only a 5cm long area with Metallic, does the printer print the rest of the image in the same slow print mode or does he print the non-metallic areas faster??

I have not tried that yet but I have seen in versaworks I can tick return to origin after print so I guess I could print the cmky first and than go back and print the metallic separately later.
Maybe someone else may know more
