Need Help Stahls Maxx Press

we have been testing textiles for a while now, a guy we work with has give us a Maxx press to use for testing but we have never used it before or had any expieriance with a heat press, anyone know temperatures we should use for different things, how long they go in for ect

any help would be great

Depends what type/brand of vinyl(s) you are using.
