My company specializes in canvas artwork but we are starting to get more into signage. Could someone please help me on this project?

I am looking for something pretty much identical to this photo. Are these simply 2 pieces of clear acrylic sandwiched together?

I have a mactac matte adhesive vinyl in stock that i plan on using but am open for suggestions.
