Stencil

I have a customer that is asking if I can make some stencils for a face painting thing they do.
Does anyone know of a material I could use that is reusable and flexible enough for something like this, that I can also use in my plotter?

These guys carry polystyrene .015. On the roland, you can set it to pass 3 times. Great for a stencil on the fly.

I would think some oil board would work perfect for this. Flexible enough that you could contour it slightly to your face while you paint. Yet won't suck up any of the paint.
