stops cutting

I have been searching and found a few hints but figured I'd go ahead and ask. We have a Roland SP540i (bought new last year). Right now we are printing and cutting some decals out and for some reason when we go to cut, it stops cutting halfway through the run and will display "now processing". We are using the same material we always use. We haven't had an issue up until this point. Could this be a file issue? We aren't doing anything different on these from what we do anything else. Thanks for any help.
