Can any one identify why these markings are showing up at the same far right location, Material independent. SP-540v-Markings2.jpg

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

try to use another roll of media, and if it still the same, it could be some dust or dirt on your linear encoder.
clean it with a lint free cloth + water, and see if it improves.

Got it.... It was the linear encoder.

I clean it a week ago but guess it was still dirty.

Thank you for all your help
