summa cut offset test inconsistent

Good morning

I have a summa d120 and recently i have seen that was cutting letters wrong, menaning that the final product was faulty and the letters deformed.
I started to test, change the blade, the holder, the Teflon stripe and so on. Nothing worked.
Has anyone any idea about this?

Sometimes, with some of the Summacuts, the clamp which holds the knife holder breaks. Such little breaks could lead to that the knife will be guided unstable.

Another problem could be worn pinch rollers, so the tracking will be inaccurate.

I will check with a magnifier that clamp, it is plausible.
Pinch rollers are brand new, i have checked the markings on the liner and everything is good there.
