Summa DC5 printing problems

Does anyone have any advice on using a Summa DC5. I inherited this unit with the job basically with the job... I have cleared everything from my file that is not on the artboard, it is only 13x18 inches, I have loaded material 24 inches wide and the print area should be 20.6 inches. Yet I keep getting an error message that says my file is to wide.

I have been on with support but am getting nowhere.

If an Ai file how big is the artboard? Some RIP's use the artboard to determine overall size.

It's an EPS, and its 13x19 artboard, but 12x18 art. When imported into the RIP it shows as 12x18

check make sure it sees your media at the correct size and that your not adding a big gutter
