Thanks for your attention in advance.
We have a problem with our just bought Summa F1612 ( second hand ).
When we import the PDF ( from Illustrator CC last version ) in SummaFlex Pro, it recognize ( and visualize in the preview ) only one regmark instead of six.
The only difference with the precedent configuration used from the old owner is that we use the last version of Adobe illustrator CC with the last version of the Summa plugin to put regmarks. ( downloaded from the summa download page. )
Can you help us ?
